2. Eligibility for Return

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the blanket must be:

• Unused and Unwashed (must be in the same condition that you received it).

• In its original packaging 

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

2. Wait for Confirmation: We will reply within 1 business days with return instructions and the correct shipping address.

3. Ship It Back: Securely package the blanket and send it to the specified address.

   • Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification/text message.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (paid on the outbound journey) is non-refundable.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

• If you need to exchange your blanket for a different colour or pattern (subject to availability), please follow the steps above.

• Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the new blanket out to you.

• For exchanges, you will be responsible for both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

  Non-Returnable Items

• Any blanket that is opened, stained, washed, or has been used.

• Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

Nairobi (Same-Day/Next-Day): We offer quick delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 5 PM. Delivery cost will be incurred by the buyer.

Upcountry/National: Delivery to all other major towns is typically completed within 24-72 hours via our trusted courier partners.

Packaging: All blankets are safely packaged in a secure, dust-proof seal.
