We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your authentic Naikit Maasai Sherpa Fleece Blanket. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we have a simple and transparent process for returns and exchanges.
1. Our Policy Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date your blanket was delivered to request a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the blanket must be:
Unused and Unwashed (must be in the same condition that you received it).
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email us immediately at naikit254@gmail.com/0736207645/0116196565 with your Order Number and a brief explanation of whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange.
Wait for Confirmation: We will reply within 1 business days with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
Ship It Back: Securely package the blanket and send it to the specified address.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification/text message.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (paid on the outbound journey) is non-refundable.
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you need to exchange your blanket for a different colour or pattern (subject to availability), please follow the steps above.
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the new blanket out to you.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Any blanket that is opened, stained, washed, or has been used.
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
We are committed to quality and your satisfaction. If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
